Overview

ALL exterior modifications require PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL.

  • No driveway expansions without approval
  • No perimeter fences
  • No above-ground pools
  • No accessory structures without approval
  • No commercial vehicles parked outside

No work may begin until written approval is granted.

Driveways

Approval required before any modification.

  • No widening or extensions
  • No side parking pads
  • Must maintain original subdivision design

Fences

PERIMETER FENCES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

  • No fence without HOA approval
  • Unauthorized fences must be removed

Pools

ABOVE-GROUND POOLS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Includes pools capable of holding 24 inches or more of water.


  • Township permit required for pools over 24 inches
  • Must meet fencing and safety requirements

HOA rules override township allowances.

Sheds & Accessory Structures

Not allowed without HOA approval.

  • No shed or accessory structure without approval
  • Must match home materials
  • Must minimize visibility from street

Vehicle Restrictions

Commercial vehicles are NOT permitted to be parked on driveways.

  • No commercial vehicles parked, stored, or maintained outside
  • Must be fully enclosed in a garage
  • Applies at all times

Non-compliant vehicles must be removed to avoid enforcement action.
